How do I get access after subscribing?
Within 24 hours of checkout, our team emails your AITECHZ panel access to the address you used at checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or write to support@aitechz.com.
What is your refund policy?
New subscriptions come with a 3-day money-back guarantee: if AITECHZ isn’t right for you, email us within 3 days of your first payment for a full refund. It applies once per customer and doesn’t cover renewals or plans whose allowances have been heavily used. Read the full refund terms.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the customer portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can also switch plans there, and the price difference is prorated. Manage your subscription.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You never choose a model or write a prompt. Describe what you want in plain language, and AITECHZ routes each task to the right model.
Is my content used to train AI models?
